Survive the Drive S.A.V.E.S. "Support Automotive Violence-Education Services" national campaign.
Survive the Drive is inviting clubs and individuals, nationwide, to become champions in their community by supporting automotive violence-prevention education.
On April 4, 2012, 7:00pm at Infinity Hall in Norfolk, CT a concert performance by Tracy Walton and special guest speakers (to be announced) will launch Survive the Drive S.A.V.E.S. campaign. A Wrench in the Gears for MAR
It seems the progress has slowed due to a few folks who are against the new track. Their property is near the proposed site for the track. They have concerns that the track will introduce new sounds and smells that would impede the use and enjoyment of their own property.

As many of you already know, Area Rides has been working closely with several clubs, individuals and content producers in the St. Louis area. Shine Box Media is one of them. This cooperation will surely benefit the local St. Louis Auto Scene. From the site: "Marketers can get their products directly into the hands of enthusiasts. New Car Shows and Cruises
There are a couple first annual car shows this year and a couple new cruises in the area. Everyone knows of the Easter Show at Forest Park and the Magic Dragon show in the Ozarks as they have been going on for nearly forever. In order to make the new shows and cruises as big as Easter Show, everyone should attend.
