Area Rides Copyright Agreement

The bearer of an Area Rides' Photo Disc has exclusive permission to use, print, display, share and upload to the web the included images provided the following items are adhered:

For printing from disc, the images should be accompanied by the “Area Rides Photo Readme” files. These files include this document and all of its associated media.

The Area Rides logo must remain on the image- no matter the use. No cropping, blocking or any other image manipulation may be used to remove it. When possible, photo credit must be given. [Area Rides]

The images' EXIF and IPTC data should never be deleted, edited, added to or any other form of manipulation.

By using any image on this disc for any purpose you are agreeing to the terms above. Any use of these images outside the agreed terms by the end user or photofinishing processing lab, the bearers of the copyright will prosecute to the fullest extent allowed by law.

If you have a use for any of the Area Rides' images that goes against these rules or you are not sure please do not hesitate to contact me by phone or email. I would be happy to discuss or give expanded permissions. Area Rides is a community based site and we strive to help everyone in it. We just wish to protect our creative endeavors and artistic rights.
